Project Information

Destravis, in association with Carramar Consulting, was engaged by QLD Health to develop a set of Guidelines for the future capital infrastructure projects in the public sector.

The purpose of the Capital Infrastructure Minimum requirements (CIMR) is to provide a consistent and standardised approach to health capital infrastructure planning and design in Queensland which directly links client requirements to the built solution and promotes the application of contemporary and evidenced based standards.

Destravis developed the framework and structure of the Guidelines in consultation with QLD Health.

The resulting Guideline is structured as follows:

Carramar and Destravis co-authored Volume 1, Volume 2 by Carramar, Volume 3 authored by Destravis and AECOM was engaged to develop the specific engineering requirements (Volume 4).
