Dr John Holm developed the Functional Brief for workspace, education and research spaces at the new Royal Adelaide Hospital (RAH). His advisory services formed part of SA Health’s state-wide approach to reforming office space and other support workspaces.
The model developed by John supports a Patient Centred model of care and new flexible education facilities.
John continued through the detailed design phase, working with the design team and end users on the implementation of these models, resolving issues, as well as beginning the education process required for future change management to be successful.
